#SKS-74D/ HTHP Hank Yarn Dyeing Machine
#SKS-74D is a high temperature high pressure hank yarn dyeing machine designed for efficient, uniform and reliable dyeing of all types of yarn in hank form. It is suitable for cotton, polyester, nylon, acrylic, rayon and blended yarns. The machine delivers high dye penetration and consistent color reproducibility, making it ideal for industrial production of high quality dyed yarns.

Normal temperature spray hank dyeing machine is widely used in dyeing natural fiber yarn (cotton, linen, silk, wool, etc.) synthetic fiber yarn (polyester, nylon, acrylic, etc.) and blended fiber yarn.

It is particularly suitable for dyeing spun silk, pure silk, artificial silk, single-strand fine yarn, mercerized cotton yarn and their blends. These yarn with extensive application in apparel, home textile, decorative fabric and other sectors.

A. Super Even Dyeing Quality
The multi-nozzle spray system distributes dye liquor directly and continuously onto the yarn surface.

This improves leveling quality and produces more uniform dyeing compared to paddle dyeing or winch dyeing.

It performs especially well on silk, viscose, mercerized cotton, high-value fine yarn, and single-strand thin yarn.

B. Very Low Tension Dyeing with No Yarn Damage
The spray process does not generate pulling force or twisting force on the yarn.
The original softness of the yarn is maintained, and the structure is not deformed.

C. Water Saving
Compared with overflow or winch dyeing machines, water consumption can be reduced by sixty to seventy percent. The machine operates with a low liquor ratio This reduces dye chemical cost, salt and alkali usage, and wastewater treatment cost.

The low liquor ratio shortens heating time and reduces steam consumption.
Overall energy usage can be reduced by thirty to forty percent.

Traditional hank dyeing uses a large volume of dye liquor and slower circulation.
Spray dyeing provides rapid liquor exchange, faster temperature increase, efficient leveling, and quick washing and rinsing steps. The total dyeing cycle can be shortened by twenty-five to forty percent.
