# Plain & Terry 3.75” Computerized circular knitting machine
SKS-375 is specially designed for making jacquard socks (patterned socks with logos, cartoons, multi-color designs).The 3.75-inch cylinder means the diameter of the knitting cylinder, which is the most common size for adult socks. Controlled by computer, it can knit complex designs automatically.

Function
SKS-375 knit all kinds of jacquard patterns (logos, stripes, cartoons, words).
Produce sports socks, fashion socks, compression socks, casual socks.
Some models can also do terry (loop pile), rib, mesh, plain knit in addition to jacquard.
Automatic yarn feeder change system for multiple colors.

Features
  1. Cylinder size: 3.75" (for adults); 3.25" (kids socks); 4"–4.5" (bigger socks).
  2. Needle count: usually 96N -144N, 168N, 200N (depends on sock thickness).
  3. Computer control: LCD touch screen, USB upload of designs.
  4. High speed: 250–350 RPM (depending on brand).
  5. Yarn feeder: 6–8 feeders (for multiple colors in jacquard).
  6. Optional: Lycra/Spandex feeder, double elastic, double welt, terry sock, automatic linking.

How it Works
  1. Program design uploaded by software (jacquard pattern).
  2. Cylinder + needles knit the sock according to program.
I.  Machine forms leg → heel → foot → toe.
J.  After knitting, socks go to linking/sewing/boarding machines for finishing.

#SKS-375A Features and Functions

SKS-376-3 Features
  1. The computer-controlled system has a touchscreen and can operate in Chinese and English. It provides output count and speed adjustment functions.
  2. The delivery device can rotate 180° for easy threading and clearing. With the built-in automatic lifting device, it delivers socks more smoothly.
  3. Dual-head sewing makes socks more durable and smooth. If semi-finished socks are in good condition, they can be seamed stitch-to-stitch and pulled laterally.
  4. Sealed lubrication, high speed, and low noise. Automatic trimming and single-sock meeting requirements of EU and Japan orders.
  5. Two trimming devices effectively control seam line length, keeping it smooth and uniform.
  6. The automatic lifting device of the second head can be freely adjusted by the computer. Operation is simple, convenient, and accurate, extending service life.

  8. Touchscreen language can be set according to customer requirements.
  9. Dual head has an automatic lifting device, which can automatically adjust sewing width of sock edging. Curvature can be freely adjusted, ensuring straight seams match manual seaming.
  10. Independently controlled motor system adjusts sewing density and speed via the computer.
  11. It reduces pulling and shortening during sewing.
  12. Feeding mechanism requires minimal manual adjustment, greatly reducing debugging time and ensuring more stable sock delivery.
  13. Automatic lifting cutter device adopts a three-point fix, providing stable trimming with no shaking and broad trimming range. It can be used according to stored patterns and resets automatically.
